In 1877 the Bremen merchant Carl Hartmann founded a forwarding company called CARL HARTMANN. Today Carl Hartmann GmbH & Co. KG is part of a diminishing group of overseas forwarders with high standards towards professionalism and individual customer care.

A team of skilled and motivated employees have been working for the company for many years, often starting with an apprenticeship, and are providing a high standard of personalized service.

We provide all services involved in sea and air freight export/import, customs brokerage, trucking, container haulage and projects. We handle a variety of cargo including exhibitions, removal goods, commercial cargo, dangerous goods, harmless goods, oversize and project freight of all kinds.
